Shipping explained
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options we can and as we grow online we hope to offer more - however currently we are only offering delivery to UK postal addresses. We are a small independent business and we will do our utmost to be as responsive as we can be and get back to you as soon as we can.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed in the shop for dispatch within 1-3 days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our shop in Cambridge to the destination - you! After processing and leaving the warehouse or store, items usually take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Depending on where you live, the weight of the package and how quickly you wish it to arrive determines the price of shipping. We use Royal Mail services and our shipping time frame and charges are determined by their service and rates regarding weight and size.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Nomads Cambridge will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Please check the items you purchase incase they state there is no refund or return policy it will be written clearly below the product in the shop.
Nomads Cambridge will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
